Making Orders
1, Please make advance bookings , as we no longer accept surprise deliveries, and we don't stock pile.
Refund Policy
1, Orders not claimed within 48 hours will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
2, Refunds will not be honored for issues related to taste, flavor, or texture, as these are subjective.
3, Once products are delivered and purchased in good condition, they are the customer’s responsibility.
How much deposit when making orders?
1, We require your order to be paid in full for it to be processed.
2, If you order via our website, please make full payment for orders to be processed.
Delivery Requests
1, Delivery request ends by 5pm. Wuse branch is open 24 hours, while Lugbe branch is open 9am-6pm.
2, Delivery fee is 2,500 within Abuja City Centres.
3, For safety, drivers cannot enter personal spaces; please meet them outside for pickup.
4, If unavailable, driver waits for 10 minutes, then he leaves. You will have to pickup or pay for another delivery.
5, Products are delivered via our in-house drivers, riders, or cab-hailing apps (e.g., Uber, Bolt).
